OMNIPHOS S.A. is an engineering and construction company with a strong current focus on energy infrastructure — and in particular on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hybrid energy systems, and photovoltaic projects. We deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions for modern energy projects, from concept to commissioning and long-term operation.

Founded in 2008, OMNIPHOS provides the full project lifecycle under one roof: permitting and licensing, engineering design, equipment procurement, construction, grid connection, and ongoing operation & maintenance. Our approach combines solid construction expertise with advanced capabilities in energy systems.

With more than 18 years of experience, over 200 projects in licensing and construction, and more than 500 MW of licensed energy projects, the company continuously follows developments in the energy sector in order to deliver technically optimized and economically efficient solutions. Its experience extends across construction works, steel buildings, energy efficiency applications, and technical infrastructure projects, enabling a holistic approach to each project with a focus on long-term optimization and value creation.

Our team brings decades of experience in large-scale construction projects and, in recent years, specialized know-how in renewable energy, storage systems, and energy optimisation. OMNIPHOS is the natural continuation of S. SIGALAS S.A., a major Greek technical contractor with a strong track record in complex public and private works, which was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) from 1994.

We continuously monitor technological, regulatory and market developments in the energy sector and maintain an international network of technology partners and suppliers. This enables us to deliver reliable, bankable and cost-effective solutions, tailored to each project’s technical and commercial requirements.
